Corn on the cob

I've just learned the best way to clean corn on the cob. Why didn't I know this sooner? Surely someone out there could have passed this on to me. I will never go back to the boiling method. Not counting the 30 minutes the corn roasted in the oven, it took me all of 10 minutes to shuck a dozen ear of corn. By looking at my picture, I wasn't the only one that found it irresistible, and yummy~
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Place corn on the racks with the husks on
  3. Cook 30 minutes
  4. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes or until you can handle it.
  5. The corn is steamed and the husks slide right off.
  6. Eat and eat more~
