I had the most amazing dip. It tastes like a lighter version of guacamole. Thank goodness this is a light version, because I ate a lot. All of it, to be exact. I should have put some on a plate and put the rest in the refrigerator, but I didn't. I let it sit out in plain sight, along with my pita chips. I only made half of what the recipe calls for. Give it a try. There was no reason to change anything in this recipe. Thanks to Two Peas and their Pod.
