Taco Dip (cold)

2-8 oz cream cheese
1-16 oz sour cream-fat free or lowfat is okay
1-package taco seasoning-I have a msg free recipe on my blog
1- lb ground beef, browned and drained
black olives (opt)
onion (opt)
tomato
lettuce
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, or Mexican blend
guacamole (opt)
bell pepper (optional)
refried beans (optional)
chili powder

Brown burger and drain. Allow to cool. In the meantime, mix cream cheese with sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread in a jelly roll pan or the largest dish or pan you have. At this time, my family likes refried beans spread over the cream cheese mixture and I spread guacamole on half of the pan. Top with ground beef. Sprinkle with chili powder. Top with green onion, or regular onions (chopped), lettuce, black olives, bell pepper and tomato. Last, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover and allow to blend flavors for a couple of hours. Serve with scoops or any other chip you like.
