Pork Chop Potato Bake

  • 6 pork chops (I like boneless loin 1/4-1/2" thick)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 24oz package of hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup Durkee French Fried Onions, divided
I like to lightly season the pork chops and pan sear them to get a nice crust. You do not need to brown them, but I think they taste so much better.

Combine milk, sour cream, pepper, celery soup, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup French fried onions and hash browns. Mix well. Spray or grease a 9X13" baking dish. Spoon mixture and spread evenly in dish. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove cover and top with remaining cheese and onions. Return to oven, uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve~
