I absolutely love this weather we are having in Winston-Salem right now! Sadly, fall and winter is right around the corner. Since becoming sick, I've just started running again. A few days a week is about all I can handle. Today the humidity is very low, making my 2 mile run much easier. I had the iPod on my Big & Rich music. Any music with a fast beat was for me today. I could live with these temperatures all the time :) Now off to do my chores. The next few days I will be outside doing what needs attended to before "cold" weather sets in.
