BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Egg Rolls

You will need 1 pack of egg roll wrappers. These can be re-heated and used for school lunches.

1 or 2 grilled chicken breasts diced
BBQ sauce
green onion
black beans

Position egg roll wrapper towards you where there is a point. Place all ingredients on wrapper and roll up, tucking ends in. Spray with cooking spray and bake at 350 for 25 minutes...or until crispy. You can also deep fry they. To re-heat for school lunch, reheat and place in foil. Stick foil inside a thermos to keep egg rolls warm.
