Hamburger Stroganoff

This is one of my all time favorites to have when I forget to plan ahead or need something in a hurry. My pantry always has these ingredients. Hope you like it too~
1 12oz bag of egg noodles, cook, drain and set aside
1 Lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 small onion, chopped and browned with beef
1 t. garlic
1 cup mushrooms, sliced, optional
9 oz box of French style green beans, or 1 can (do not drain)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 Sherry (not cooking sherry) or 1/4 Cranberry juice...optional
1 Tbsp. ketcup
2 Tbsp dijon style mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup sour cream, can use light or fat free

Brown beef with onion, add garlic and remaining ingredients. Allow to simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors. Add cooked egg noodles and allow to simmer just a few more minutes. Serve
Even without the juice or sherry, this meal is a hit!
