Cooking meat on the grill

This is one of my favorite grill tips that I heard on the Rachel Ray Show. For years I've tried to figure out why my grilled meat wouldn't be juicy.
Here's the too can now have an ah-ha moment~

Before putting meat on a grill....allow meat to come to room temperature. You can marinade it in the refrigerator, set it out to adjust temperature about an hour or longer before grilling. If you throw cold meat on a grill, it will seize up and will not be juicy. That's it~~
