Brining the best Pork Chops ever

For years I've struggled with cooking the perfect pork chop, but now I've got it mastered. I had almost given up on cooking pork at all.
Here's the secret....brine them first....you can brine any pork product before cooking.

3 Tbsp. of salt
1 quart of water
4-6 chops

Mix salt and water in a large, lidded container. Add chops and allow to soak for 5 hours (at least). Over night is good too.

That's it. Season and grill. Just make sure you allow meat to come to room temperature before grilling or the meat will seize up and not be tender.
