This recipe has a lot of humor behind it. My grandfather (bless his soul) had to watch the clock and time the boil every time it was made. If it wasn't "right" it was his fault. He must have miscalculated the boil. Everyone in the family knows how to time the fudge!!! One of those memories that just sticks with you and you pass along to the next generation.
2 Lb. 10X sugar (powdered)
1 cup carnation milk
18 oz creamy peanut butter
7-8oz marshmallow cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Bring sugar and milk to a boil for 3 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9x13" buttered dish. Let cool. Serve
