The only change I would make to this recipe is would be to use only 1 can of cream of chicken and 1/2 cup more of sour cream. This cream of chicken was just too much. It masked some of the flavor this could have had. I had no left-overs. I believe this will freeze well. Great recipe if you are batch cooking. Comfort food at its best~
